STANDARD FEATURES

MORE DURABLE AUGER FLIGHTING.
Our auger flighting has a thicker outer edge that allows you to move 100 BPH more than traditional flighting. It also increases the auger's lifespan by over 50%.

MORE CAPACITY AT CENTER SUMP.
The Center Sump features an extended width that allows for more grain to reach the sump through all 360° of the sweep rotation.

RELIABLE SWEEP TRACTION.
Our 18" vulcanized rubber SureGrip™ Wheel provides 16:1 gear reduction and comes standard on our gear sweeps. It ensures positive traction and forward movement into the grain pile.

LESS GRAIN FLOW OVER THE SWEEP.
A Deflector Plate is mounted on the sweep backboard directly above the hanger bearing. The plate eliminates grain flow over the top of the bearing and deflects it back down into the auger.

|
|
ADJUSTABLE BACKBOARD.
Easily adjust your sweep backboard to achieve the right height for optimal cleanout in your bin. Loosen the bolts; rock the backboard forward or backwards to the desired height and re-tighten the bolts.

OPTIONS

ELIMINATE PLUGGING/BLOCKAGE.
The Clump Breaker is mounted to the sweep's gearbox and prevents plugging at the center sump by breaking up frozen or clumped material.

CONTINUOUS UNLOAD.
Our optional Emergency Sump allows you to continue to unload even if the center sump becomes blocked.
