The U-Trough EX features our Widemouth Center Sump. The extra width of the sump allows for the sweep to bring more grain in during all 360° of the sweep rotation. The EX Sweep Receiver is positioned at the center of the Widemouth Sump to ensure even takeout during the unload.

ADVANCED SWEEP POWER.
The Express Sweep features a dual foam-filled tire motorized tractor drive with adjustable weights to provide advanced thrust into the grain pile. The 18" vulcanized rubber SureGrip™ Wheel provides an additional 16:1 gear reduction to keep traction as the sweep moves.

NO NEED TO ADJUST.
Norstar's Express Bin Sweep features a pre-set carrier wheel system that provides stability to the sweep as it circles the grain bin. This system requires no adjustment prior to operation, promoting a true zero-entry experience.

MORE DURABLE AUGER FLIGHTING.
Our auger flighting has a thicker outer edge that allows you to move 100 BPH more than traditional flighting. It also increases the auger's lifespan by over 50%.

EASILY CONTROL YOUR SWEEP.
Choose between our Standard or Auto-Drive Control Panels. The Standard model gives you basic operation with the ability to start/stop the sweep. The Auto-Drive Panel monitors the sweep motor amps and will move the sweep forward or backward automatically based on amps.

PROTECT YOUR BIN FLOOR.
We offer Track Strips and Park Plates to ensure that your sweep does not damage the bin floor when moving or parked.
